Dream
In our initial conversation, we get to know you and what your dreams are for this trip. We will ask you about how you like to travel and the type of experiences that you enjoy. We will share with you how we work and, if we both feel like it is a good match, we will proceed to the design stage after payment of your trip planning fee.

Design
During the design stage, we will have a more detailed conversation which will take place in person, on the phone, or via video. We will research your travel options and put together an initial itinerary for your consideration. We will refine it until it meets your expectations.
Reserve
Once we have crafted your itinerary, we will make reservations on your behalf. If you are using one of our preferred partners, we will contact them to make sure that you will receive your special benefits and VIP treatment. We will also provide you with your itinerary and travel documents via our travel app.
Experience
While you are traveling, we will be traveling with you behind the scenes. If there are any problems or changes that you would like, we will take care of it for you. You can trust that we will be there to monitor, manage, and advocate for you as you travel.
Share
After you return from your trip, we can’t wait to hear all about it! You should expect a call from us within a week of returning. We would also welcome any photos that you would like to post on our Facebook page. Besides hearing from us, Virtuoso will email you to get your feedback.
